Caves

Caves have  always fascinated me.  The Caves in Bhimbetka have some of the oldest rock paintings, which tell us about the life in the StoneAge onwards.
The caves in Apsarakonda have a spectacular view extending to the ocean. Holy men of yore used these caves for meditation.
The cave near Dandeli in the Western Ghats has these charming wildflowers at its entrance.
HoyaCarnosa which is blooming in my garden now , perfumes the whole garden in the night.
My thanks to the team of Our World Tuesday.
Thanks also to Mrs.Nesbitt, Roger and others on the ABCWednesday team

  5. Caves are so fascinating. The only caves we have in my country are in the south in the province of Limburg and I believe that they are not natural, but man-made.They were marl limestone pits.
    Thanks for sharing your caves.
